View booking page →How do I reserve my appointment?
Choose your service and time through the booking page. A $21 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. Of this amount, $20 is applied toward your service total and $1 covers processing. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Where are appointments held?
Pristine Artistry is based in Southfield, Michigan, serving Metro Detroit. Please check your booking confirmation for appointment location details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment. Your $21 non-refundable reservation fee may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment only, within 30 days of the original appointment and subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling requires a new reservation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your appointment and reservation fee. A new reservation fee is required to rebook. Clients who do not attend their appointment without providing notice (a no-call/no-show) will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Pristine Artistry.
What is the late arrival policy?
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late incur a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
How should I prepare?
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, groomed brows and any unwanted facial hair, including the upper-lip area, removed. Bring inspiration photos and let me know about allergies or skin sensitivities. Please arrange brow and hair removal ahead of time so your skin has time to settle.
What if I have a skin or eye health concern?
Please text 313-725-0135 as soon as possible before your appointment if you develop an active cold sore, stye, pink eye, an open facial wound, or another suspected skin or eye infection. For everyone’s safety, I do not apply makeup over active sores, open wounds or infected areas. Your appointment may need to be postponed until the affected area has healed. Bringing your own makeup or brushes does not override this policy. Please also disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your service.
Can I bring a guest?
No extra guests are permitted. The only exception is one small child in a stroller or car seat.
